  6. The controller of your personal data processed by us is Baltic Workforce. We acquire the above information primarily to provide services consisting of finding the right people for the right job, and vice versa, in particular to:
  7. a) to adapt the right people to the right job in the best way and vice versa,
  8. b) answer your inquiries,
  9. c) send you interesting information, e.g. job offers, profiles of job candidates, newsletters,
  10. d) create and improve the content provided to you through our website, social networks and systems.

In forms that you fill out in writing form or via our website as well as the content you send to us via e-mail and from your social network you provide us with personal data that are necessary to carry out recruitment processes, in particular your name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number and other personal data contained in recruitment documents.

Personal data provided by you are processed under Article 6 (1) (a) and in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of The Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). 7.   13. Providing your personal data mentioned in point 5. above is voluntary but necessary for providing services that involve finding the right people to the right job and vice versa. The consequence of not providing your personal data may in particular be the failure to consider your application in the recruitment process.

  15. The data provided in forms may be forwarded to subjects that technically provide certain services. These subjects process the data in accordance with our instructions and Privacy Policy using all appropriate means to protect confidentiality and information security.

We share personal data, in particular at the request of public authorities, to detect and prevent fraud, or otherwise required or permitted by law.
